    Bamboo App

Bamboo is a Nigerian investment platform that allows users to invest in United States stocks. Through its mobile application, the company allows Nigerians to access to over 3,000 stocks with east registration and minimal paperwork.

In a recent update, Bamboo secures a United States broker-dealer license through its affiliate organization currently operating in the country—Bamboo Securities L.L.C.

While this License makes Bamboo the first investment and fintech company to achieve the U.S. broker-dealer license in Nigeria, it also allows Bamboo to broaden its stockman offerings to retail and corporate investors across Africa.

The License gives Bamboo unlimited abilities to partner with African brokers and companies that are into stocks business in order to provide seamless unprecedented access to the U.S. stock market.

In other words, businesses can now integrate with Bamboo through partnerships to offer U.S stocks investment to their customers. This makes the U.S stocks market even more accessible to Africans.

Before the obtaining the U.S. broker dealer license, Bamboo has been making move to expand its core investment portfolio beyond investing in stocks. The company has ventured into remittances sector with Coin by Bamboo—a remittance service that’s aimed at facilitating fee-free cross-border transfers for Africans.

With the launch of Coin by Bamboo and the U.S. broker dealer license, Bamboo is now opened to a vast market of investment opportunities which was previously difficult to access.

These new innovations also increase Bamboo’s credibility and trust, enhance its revenue growth, more edge over competitors, diversification of services, and financial inclusion in Africa.

    How to leverage Bamboo’s U.S. Broker-Dealership

If you’re an African broker, or your company is currently into providing stocks investment and trading services to customers, then you can leverage the Bamboo’s new stock innovations. You can partner with Bamboo and leverage its U.S broker-deal API through integration with your app.

Once the integration is complete, you can begin to offer U.S stocks investment and trading directly to your customers. Your customers will also have a designated dashboard to manage their portfolio unlike the previous method whereby you will be the one to manage it for them on Bamboo and giving them feedback.
